Terms of Sale

Below are some terms of sales. If something isn’t specifically mentioned please contact us for clarification.

For Cummins and Other Auto Parts:

• There is no need for core returns and there are no core charges unless specifically stated
• While we warranty that all parts are guaranteed OEM original, not generics or knock offs, we can’t warranty individual part performance unless specifically stated usually for large repeat customers
• Buyer is responsible to check fitment before purchase. While many parts are interoperable and have generic counterparts we can’t warranty any alternative usage
• All parts come in original individual factory packaging unless specifically stated
• We pack securely by double boxing and ship by USPS, FedEx or UPS
• Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items only. There will be a 20% restock fee.
